Job Nature: Full-time
Salary Range: BDT 40,000 to 70,000 (subject to experience and qualification)
Duty Station: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka with occasional field visits as per project needs.
We are looking for a self-motivated team player who can efficiently communicate and document technical requirements with clients and the project delivery team. This person will participate in business/system research, analysis, and design, to document the requirements and support the team for successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct background research.
- Prepare and implement research tools, and internal and external progress reports – e.g. donor reports, field impact narratives and reflections, and briefs.
- Compile, process and analyze data – both qualitative and quantitative – inclusive of conducting data quality assessments.
- Support in planning, subsequent implementation and necessary management of research project.
- Engage in field visits to the project areas as and when required – with upto 30% expected field mobility in and outside of Dhaka per month.
- A bachelor/master in sociology, economics, or ancillary research-based disciplines
- 0-3 years of professional experience; research experience in digital systems is highly preferred
- Technical proficiencies are expected in: Report writing, data analysis, and detailed understanding of research methodologies with hands-on experience in either qualitative or quantitative research, or both
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Research experience in digital systems with special emphasis on EdTech is highly preferred

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead ICT initiatives within the donor funded One Health Project, where our organization serves as a consortium partner. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the automation of various programmatic interventions to enhance One Health initiatives across Bangladesh.
Job Description:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT interventions to support the One Health Project.
- Collaborate with consortium partners, government bodies, and NGOs to align ICT strategies and make existing digital platforms operated by government departments interoperable in line with One Health goals.
- Coordinate with the in-house teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain ICT solutions tailored to the project's needs.
- Facilitate negotiations with key stakeholders and conduct workshops for securing buy-in of relevant government departments for ICT initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure the timely delivery of ICT-related milestones.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful integration of ICT systems with One Health programmatic interventions.
- Proactively identify risk points to inform management along with risk mitigation strategies for smooth operations and project completion.
- Stay up to date about regulations, requirements and activities of the project to ensure smooth project management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, Public Health, Animal Health or a related field.Experience
- At least 5 years
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the health sector, with a strong understanding of the One Health ecosystem in Bangladesh. Experience in managing ICT platforms will be an added advantage.
- Working experience in managing USAID/EU/or similar type of donor funded project will be added advantage.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects in health or agriculture or animal health or combined.
- Strong understanding of One Health concept and the complexity of the issues around it especially in the context of Bangladesh.
- Strong coordination skills, with experience working with NGOs, government bodies, and international donors.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Technical expertise in ICT systems development, integration, and automation is desired.
