Background
Advancing Universal Health Coverage in Bangladesh (AUHC) is a 5-year project funded by USAID with the aim to build on past gains to accelerate achievement of UHC in Bangladesh. AUHC is a research and development (R&D) contract that will facilitate the transformation of the Surjer Hashi Network (SHN) of clinics. The activity will transform the SHN into a social enterprise to advance progress toward UHC. To achieve this goal, AUHC took the initiative for SHN clinics to move on from paper-based system to a digital system, mPower has developed a digital system for Electronic Medical Record which is operated by the clinics, and field level supervisors and HQ staff will monitor through an HMIS.
