Background

Terre des hommes (Tdh) has been implementing an integrated Essential Package of Health Services in Camp-26 at PHC-1, including services for Basic Emergency Obstetric and New-born Care (BEmONC), Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Mental Health and nutrition as well as community outreach program to ensure safe and dignified access to life-saving services to the Rohingya population and host communities in Teknaf. To digitize the service provision, mPower has developed a facility-based software for Electronic Medical Record for service provision with Efficiency and make the reporting easy.
